About Bhindi Ki Sabzi
Bhindi or okra/lady's fingers is a very popular vegetarian dish which when well made is as tasty as any other dish. Many people do not eat this vegetable because of its slimy feel & taste but I can assure you if it is made properly the sliminess is almost unnoticeable.
This chopped bhindi ki sabzi is made by adding just a few spices to bhindi and onions.
Bhindi ki sabzi can be eaten with roti/chappati and goes well with any raita as a side dish. You can even have it with just namak ajwain (carom seeds & salt) paratha.
