About Aam Ki Laungi | Raw Mango RelishThis aam ki laungi or raw mango relish is a sweet-sour relish, made from unripe, raw, green mangoes without peeling the skin, whose seeds are also immature.
Mango launji is a North-Indian relish that is made by adding a number of spices. The sweet/sour taste can be adjusted by using less or more sugar as per choice. It is a delectable way to beat the heat as well as enhance the taste of food. I have used Jaggery instead of sugar in the preparation of this recipe but you can use suagr if you wish.
