About Palak Paneer
Palak is known as Spinach and Paneer is Cottage Cheese.
Palak Paneer is a popular and much served Punjabi North Indian dish at weddings as well as at almost every restaurant big or small, even road side eateries called dhabas.
Palak Paneer is prepared by cooking cottage cheese cubes in a spinach gravy. Adding some lemon juice to it will increase its taste.
Palak Paneer can be eaten with plain roti, naan, paratha or even rice.
How To Prepare
First, puree the palak.
Add 1/2 glass water to palak in pressure cooker and keep for boiling. At first whistle reduce heat to low and keep for 10 minutes more. Shut off gas and let the cooker cool. Remove the palak and puree in blender. Then,
