Panjiri is a traditional Indian natural nutritional supplement for women who have just delivered a baby. Excellent for toning up the body, getting it back in shape and gaining lost strength post delivery
It is a health tonic for the weak and the elderly as well. Usually it is consumed in the winter season. 1-2 tsp a day suffices.
