About Punjabi Mooli Paratha
This paratha is a traditional breakfast food of the people of Punjab. It is made by adding a number of spices to grated mooli (radish) and filling this stuffing in the parathas.
The parathas are then rolled and roasted to a brown color and crisp state.
These parathas can be eaten with plain dahi/yogurt, butter any kind, ghee or even malai and pickle.
A truly satiating experience when coupled with a glass of sweet lassi.
How To Prepare Mooli Paratha
Squeeze out as much water as possible from the grated radish after grating it.
