About Lal Mirch Ka AcharLal mirch ka achar is a red chilli/pepper pickle prepared Punjabi North Indian style.
This pickle will keep good for a year and more if kept in a cool and dry place. Always use a dry spoon to remove the pickle and keep the cap always firmly closed. Expose the pickle to sunlight for 8 days after which it will be ready to consume.
