Raita is any dahi or yogurt preparation made by adding things like cucumber, tomatoes, potatoes, mint, onions etc. Here we are adding Boondi and therefore this raita is called Boondi Raita. Boondi raita is one of the easiest, quickest and tastiest and of course among the favorite raitas of all. It can be prepared in minutes. It is a much popular raita in the North part of India especially Punjab. Boondi raita is a side accompaniment to Indian veg or non-veg dishes but it can be eaten as a standalone dish with roti, paratha or plain rice or even with veg pulao or biryani. Ingredients
