About Pudina ChaasMint is known as a body coolant the world over and when combined with dahi or yogurt not only cools the body but refreshes as well.
Pudina chaas is a mint buttermilk drink made with yogurt, mint leaves and a number of spices. It is a traditional Indian summer beverage which cools the body and provides relief from heat. Prepare this refreshing & healthy summer drink with my recipe video above as a guide to help you make a yummy drink. Ingredients
How To Make Pudina Chaas1. add the mint, chiopped ginger & green chili to a grinder. add a little water & grind fine.
2. add the dahi, black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder, black salt, white salt along with a little water & blend well. 3. add in the remaining water & ice cubes if needed & blend well. 4. pour in glasses & garnish with a mint leaf or two before serving.
