About Punjabi Dal Wala (Stuffed Lentil) Paratha
Dal is lentil. We make a variety of dals and almost always some dal is left over after eating. This dal we usually keep in the fridge to eat the next morning or later.
This recipe will show you how you can use this leftover dal to make a crispy, spicy, lentil paratha that will taste not only delicious but will allow you to use the dal and make different types of parathas, each time you use a different dal.
You can eat dal paratha with plain curd, butter or fresh cream and pickle of your choice, if you prefer.
In this recipe, we are using left over whole moong dal.
