About Ragi PorridgeRagi is finger millet and ragi porridge or ragi malt is a nutritious preparation which is easy to digest and can also be fed to babies over 6 months of age, aged persons and those convalescing from illness.
It is easy and quick to prepare and be made both as a sweet and savory preparation. The savory malt does not use milk but buttermilk and is cooling and is called ragi ambli.
