Sooji aur Atta ka halwa is a very often made Indian dessert at home, especially in Noth India. All atta and all sooji halwa are also prepared. Of these all, the most difficult to handle is the all atta halwa because the flour is fine and it develops knots easily if stirring is not proper. Sooji because of its grainy texture helps improve the texture of the smooth Atta halwa when it is combined with atta to make sooji & atta ka halwa. Sooji or atta halwa by themselves are also made as offerings in the temple/gurudwara to be distributed as prashad. Ingredients
