Punjabi Maa Chole Ki Dal | Black Urad And Chana Dal
About Maa Chole Ki DalMaa Chole ki Dal is a traditional Punjabi, North Indian dal (lentil) prepared with split urad dal and the second favorite after the famous Maa Ki Dal. Though it is sometimes called langarwali dal and some Gurudwaras do prepare this dal sometimes in the langar (free food served in the gurudwara), the traditional dal, that is langarwali dal, is the Maa Ki Dal made from whole urad dal.
Split black gram & chole dal split & skinned black gram is used in the preparation of this Maa chole ki dal. Have this dal with rice, roti or plain paratha.
