About Meethi Sevaiyyan Kheer (Sweet Vermicelli Pudding)
Meethi Sevaiyyan (Sweet Vermicelli) is a Indian dessert preparation that is made in 2 forms, dry and wet and this one is the latter one made in milk. It is a sweet dessert made during Hindu festivals as well.
Muslims make this preparation during their Eid festival to break the fast at Iftar meal, during the holy month of Ramzan though their preparation is with a lot of other additions like Khoa, makhana, jaiphal etc and decorated with silver foil.
In any case no matter how meethi sevaiyyan is prepared, it is a delight to the taste buds and a favorite with everyone.
