Dalia is a type of porridge & is of 2 types - sweet & salty.
The sweet one is made with cracked wheat & milk while the salty one is prepared with cracked wheat & vegetables.
The one we are preparing is made with cracked wheat, green peas & carrots.
This is a great option for a healthy & nutritious breakfast. It is simple & quick to make as my video above demonstrates.
