About Punjabi Chole MasalaThis is a Punjabi dish in which white chickpeas (kabuli chane or chole as they are popularly called) are cooked in gravy. Another kabuli chana dish is the dry one.
Chole Masala are best eaten best with rice, be it plain or jeera rice. However, you can also use it as a side dish, to accompany any vegetable along with roti.
